Over the past decade, Jim Freeman, founder of Freeman Public Affairs Inc., has devoted himself to working with police and sheriff associations throughout California and has represented more of these associations than any other agency in the state.  He has helped law enforcement organizations in their efforts to maintain staffing levels, keep benefits, strengthen PACs, improve message, manage crises and identify and elect supportive government officials. He has saved entire police departments and gotten ballot measures passed to secure needed public safety funding.
